    4. Progress of the examination of the  case

Throughout progressing examinations, the case got far and wide and consistent media inclusion and attention.

On 3 September 2020, taking into account two public premium prosecution petitions asserting an "unreasonable, pernicious and misleading media crusade" against Mumbai Police, the Bombay High Court prompted,

"We ask and anticipate that the media should practice limitation in detailing of the examination as for the demise, [such that it] wouldn't hamper examination in that frame of mind On 5 October 2020, Mumbai Police expressed that its digital unit had distinguished in excess of 80,000 phony records via virtual entertainment stages from different nations in Asia and Europe looking to dishonor their continuous authority examination.

Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh named this as "a propelled crusade with personal stakes" to censure Mumbai Police.

He added that those found to have disregarded the law would be indicted under the Information Technology Act.

On 23 October, the nongovernmental News Broadcasting Standards Authority coordinated news channels Aaj Tak, Zee News, News 24 and India TV to air a statement of regret for obtuse detailing and sensationalizing Rajput's death.

Several individuals were captured by Mumbai Police and were reserved under different areas of the Indian Penal Code.

They were charged by Mumbai Police for composing paranoid ideas and making exciting and abusive claims against the Maharashtra government and Mumbai Police.

A street in New Delhi was renamed "Sushant Singh Rajput Marg" in memory of the actor.

On 15 June, Maharashtra home minister Anil Deshmukh declared the police would conjointly probe the "professional rivalry" within the screenland because the reason for Rajput's depression.

The police disclosed Hindustani was upset with being connected to the death of Disha Salian, his previous manager.

Salian had died 5 days before him, and a case of accidental death was registered. She died once falling from the fourteenth floor of her building.

On three August, commissioner of Mumbai Param Bir Singh aforementioned investigators had found no link between the deaths of Hindustani and Salian

Interrogation of 3 psychiatrists and one therapist confirmed Hindustani had consulted them and was on medication prescribed by them.

The police conjointly disclosed that  Hindustani had at first tried to hold himself with the belt of a robe, however it couldn't  sustain his weight.

Following this, he used a inexperienced shirt. His garments were strewn over the ground of his bedroom; the police finished they'd fallen out once he had force the shirt from his cabinet. thanks to a discrepancy between his height and also the distance between his bed and also the ceiling fan, the police finished he had hanged himself in associate degree inclined position.

No sign of struggle was found and the justice delayed.

    5. Conclusion

The delay in investigation causes more and more anxiety for the family.

Whether the truth will come out or not, like any other complainant, this family also has its doubts… there is a chance of the evidence not coming out as properly, maybe between the lines this case may lose its sting.

Whatever has come out of this case, it has come out for the good and better, drug is a national issue and needs to be tackled.

Having said that, those things controlling the news in terms of this case, it does cause some impediment for our case for sure.

And that is a cause of concern for everyone.
We all hope for the best justice and want for the last laugh
